Brent Harley and Associates developed a Village Master Plan to include a pedestrian oriented Village core with resort commercial and public overnight accommodation, skier parking and ski to/ski from residential development that is linked to the Village with a people mover.  Planned within the residential design was a Community Centre, tennis facilities and a system of pedestrian/biking trails.  The Village Core has been broken into Development Packages fully programming the size and space use of each building.  This is complemented by zoning and design guidelines.
