Brent Harley and Associates, in association with Sno.engineering, was retained by Kajima Corporation to develop a Resort Master Plan for an environmentally sensitive, well-balanced, four season urban resort.

The final resort concept includes a pedestrian-oriented village, a world-class 18 hole golf course staged directly out of the village, skiing facilities to accommodate 7,000 skiers per day, and overnight accommodation consisting of 250 hotel rooms, 1,194 condominium units, 122 houses, 49 corporate retreats and 306 staff housing units.
